Webinar Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Webinar Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars.

This role involves overseeing the webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive webinar strategy that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create engaging webinar topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Manage the technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
