Drive engagement at our international events and conferences by acquiring senior-level delegates, attendees, and speakers across the AI, Data, and Technology ecosystem.
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and relationship building with senior executives. Ideal for someone who enjoys networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate Acquisition:
- Research and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.
- Drive registrations for our international conferences and forums.
- Speaker Acquisition:
- Research industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas.
- Pitch event value propositions and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers.
- Coordinate with the content team to align speaker profiles with session topics.
- Community Engagement:
- Build relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.
- Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
- Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
