Job Title: Marketing Executive

Description:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign execution of influencer marketing projects. You will work closely with creators, internal teams, and brands to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes of campaigns.

  • Campaign Planning: Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Influencer Identification: Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers as per campaign requirements.
  • Communication Management: Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Campaign Deliverables: Ensure campaign deliverables (posts, stories, videos) are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaboration and Invoicing: Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with platform trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign execution practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included).
  • Skillset: Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clients. Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines. Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools. A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced agency setup.
