Job Title: Performance Specialist

A key role in our organization involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for ROI-driven marketing, and a proven track record of managing campaigns with measurable results.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing strategies to execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic ads.
  • Preparing media plans and ensuring efficient execution, with a proven track record of 10X+ ROAS in EdTech.
  • Creating and implementing campaign execution using programmatic ads and media buying.
  • Maintaining close communication with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals.

This role requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns, programmatic ads, and media buying.
  • A strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel.
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills.
