Senior Campaign Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our team in Kuwait.

  • This role involves designing and executing end-to-end campaign and customer lifecycle activities for postpaid and prepaid segments.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement campaign strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders is key, as they will gather and prioritize requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and write user stories.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Regular system audits and proposed improvements will be conducted.
  • Issues and technical problems during implementation will be resolved.
  • Analyzing complex datasets, extracting insights, and producing clear analytical documentation are also essential tasks.
  • Writing SQL scripts for data extraction and reporting (joins, indexing, etc.) is a critical skill.
  • Developing and executing test scenarios with clients and presenting complex data in a clear manner to non-technical stakeholders are additional responsibilities.

The company values excellent communication and collaboration skills. A strong background in telecom sector campaign management, 5+ years of experience, 2-3 years of business & technical analysis experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field are required qualifications.
