About Talent Acquisition Internship In Zirakpur

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various job portals and social media channels. You will also assist in company and candidate mapping, headhunting, and reference generation. Additionally, you will speak to prospective candidates, screen them based on the job description and assessment parameters, and create a panel for interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have effective communication skills and the ability to earn certifications in required skills. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and have a goal-oriented approach with a burning desire to be successful in the staffing industry.
