Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in our organization.

About the Role:

  • Build strong relationships with labor unions to promote constructive dialogue and collaboration.
  • Negotiate collective bargaining agreements, wage settlements, and other union negotiations effectively.
  • Resolve grievances promptly and proactively address potential industrial relations issues.
  • Liaise with labor authorities, government bodies, and legal consultants to ensure compliance and resolution.
  • Lead disciplinary actions, conduct domestic inquiries, and ensure legally compliant proceedings.
  • Provide hands-on experience in statutory compliance and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain open communication channels with labor unions to foster trust and cooperation.
  2. Analyze data and trends to inform negotiation strategies and optimize outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective grievance resolution processes.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws affecting labor and industrial relations.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills related to labor and industrial relations.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in labor and industrial relations or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Labor Welfare or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and resolving grievances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
