Role and Responsibilities- Scale sales charter for Banks and NBFCs by engaging with potential clients and running sales and business development processes
- Manage sales funnel pipeline and forecast accordingly
- Achieve client acquisition and revenue targets
- Ensure smooth handover to internal execution team
- Work with vertical SMEs for showcasing our offering
- Spearhead and review end-to-end sales activities and communication
- 8-15 years' experience in B2B sales or relationship management in BFSI domain
- Experience in platform/product/application sales across Banking, NBFCs, SaaS platforms, FinTech, and payment gateways
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial skills and ambitions to scale up a business rapidly
- Avid networker with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving sales processes from plan to closure
