We are seeking an experienced manual tester to join our team. The role involves planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure software meets required standards of performance and reliability.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to validate bug fixes and enhancements.
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
  • Analyze test results, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies for test readiness.
  • Maintain testing documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior testers and support the QA team in achieving best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management tools.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases and bug reports.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Jira or TestRail.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to handle complex systems testing.

Job Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, preferably in enterprise applications.
  • Experience in testing telecom software or network management systems is a strong plus.
