Manual and Functional Tester

We are seeking a skilled manual and functional tester with hands-on experience in testing systems, including Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual functional testing of Billing, Subscription, and Payments modules.
  • Validate subscription lifecycle, invoicing, data flows, and integrations with external systems.
  • Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and detailed reports.
  • Log, track, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams during UAT cycles.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in manual/functional testing.
  • Understanding of billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
  • Experience using test management tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Salesforce or ERP integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs.
