Job Description

The role of Treasury Relationship Manager is to oversee the smooth processing of foreign exchange and derivative trades. This includes ensuring that all trades are reconciled with the source system, supported with correct contract notes, and reported in a timely manner to regulatory bodies.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. A good command over MS Excel and PowerPoint is also essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Error-free processing and settlement of Interbank/CORP Forex/Derivatives trades
  • Ensuring all trades are reconciled with the source system on which T&M concludes the trades
  • Preparing and maintaining funding sheets and daily balances in nostro and current accounts
  • Responding to queries raised by concurrent auditors and providing them with necessary reports
  • Maintaining Nostro reconciliation published by Controls unit and clearing unreconciled entries tagged to the department

Required experience includes 3-4 years in treasury and market operations of bank/corporate. Graduation degree is mandatory, while professional qualifications like MBA (Finance) or FRM would be an added advantage.

Core competencies include previous experience in Treasury & Market Ops, product and working knowledge of Treasury Products and operations, teamwork, and time management.

Technical competencies include product and working knowledge of Treasury Products and operations. Work relationship involves managing stakeholders across Operations, customers, and business.
