The primary objective of this senior-level position is to oversee the company's treasury functions, ensuring seamless financial management and optimal resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and implement cash management agreements with banks to secure favorable terms and minimize risks.\
  • Develop daily cash positions to effectively utilize available funds and invest surplus funds in fixed income or mutual funds for maximum returns.\
  • Execute fund transfers, manage cash positioning, and coordinate cash flows to maintain liquidity and mitigate potential disruptions.\
  • Analyze daily cash flows, identify problems, and resolve issues promptly to ensure business continuity.\
  • Manage trade documents, including letters of credit and bank guarantees, to safeguard against potential losses and maintain regulatory compliance.\
  • Develop hedging strategies and execute forex transactions to minimize exposure to currency fluctuations and optimize financial performance.\
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to provide a customer-centric experience and foster long-term partnerships.\
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and group standards to ensure the company remains financially sound and operationally efficient.\

    • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.\
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably with expertise in ERP systems such as SAP.\
    • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
    • Familiarity with FEMA guidelines and US GAAP, with ability to apply knowledge in a fast-paced environment.\
