Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and coordinate all activities within the production process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, managing teams and resources, and driving workflows to achieve production targets in a safe and compliant manner.

  • Develop and implement strategies to plan, organize, and schedule production activities to meet business goals and deadlines.
  • Effectively manage resources, time, and manpower to optimize production output and improve productivity.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the production team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address production challenges and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze production MIS reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and adherence.
  • Deliver clear and effective presentations and communication to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Production Management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning, team management, and process optimization.
