Job Overview

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our product strategy. You'll be responsible for defining and driving the vision, roadmap, and delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and stay ahead in a competitive market.

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop an end-to-end product vision aligned with business goals and industry trends. Conduct thorough research to identify emerging opportunities and unmet customer needs.
  • Product Development: Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans. Prioritize and manage a product roadmap balancing short-term impact with long-term innovation.
  • Customer Experience & Innovation: Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  • Data & Performance: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate. Own KPIs around customer acquisition, engagement, retention etc.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate product with technology, operations, legal, risk, and marketing functions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 12 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
  • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
