Static Timing Analysis Lead

Job Overview:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of static timing analysis tools and methodologies to drive design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge static timing analysis algorithms and techniques to improve design performance and reduce power consumption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate static timing analysis into the overall design flow, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Work closely with hardware engineers to guarantee that designs meet stringent performance and power requirements.
  • Maintain expertise in industry-standard tools such as PT, Tempus, GENUS, Innovus, and ICC.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in static timing analysis and apply this knowledge to optimize our designs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in static timing analysis and related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard tools and methodologies, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field, with a focus on research and development.
  • Experience working with deep submicron process technology nodes, with a strong understanding of high-performance and low-power implementation methods.
