We are seeking a Senior Project Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of projects from inception to delivery. This is a leadership role that requires exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Analyze project situations and make informed decisions to adjust team, processes, and project execution plans as needed.
  • Establish clear expectations with stakeholders, teams, and product owners to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take corrective action to keep projects on track.
Team Collaboration and Growth
  • Evaluate team skill gaps and develop strategies to address them, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles.
  • Remove obstacles for team members by analyzing tool, process, domain, and functional understanding-related issues.
  • Negotiate conflicting opinions among teams using effective communication skills.
  • Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members for growth and development.
Delivery Acceleration
  • Identify technology patterns and development best practices to accelerate the development process.
  • Clearly communicate project goals to team members, enabling them to understand the purpose of their daily tasks and work towards delivering high-quality results.
  • Provide timely code, design, and functional reviews, offering constructive feedback and early course correction to the team.
  • Create a framework, design, or flowchart for critical functionalities to facilitate quick understanding and speed up development.
