A transformational trainer will design and deliver impactful English communication training programs for students, focusing on measurable improvement and confident leadership development. The role involves creating outcome-driven lesson plans, conducting assessment-based workshops, and tracking student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lessons that foster spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary, and applied grammar skills.
  • Run focused workshops that emphasize presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Design formative and summative assessments, track measurable progress, and produce concise progress reports for parents.
  • Utilize child-sensitive pedagogy and adolescent psychology to connect with and motivate students effectively.
  • Mentor students individually to build confidence in shy or anxious learners.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to integrate communication goals across the curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to model clarity, tone, and professional communication.
  • Strong coaching ability in soft skills, with proven experience working with teenagers.
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology and child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum one year classroom/training experience, preferably in schools, coaching, or corporate training.
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused personality.
  • Comfortable with technology, including Google Classroom, Zoom, and presentation tools.
  • Hindi-English bilingual preferred to support transitional learning.
  • Extra credit: TESOL/TEFL/ELT certifications or expertise in adolescent counseling/child psychology.
