Backend Engineer Opportunity

As a Backend Engineer, you will be part of our high-impact team that is shaping the future of finance. We are on a mission to build an AI-powered finance platform that automates bookkeeping, reconciliation, and forecasting.

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join us in this exciting journey. Your fingerprints will shape the stack, product, and culture of our company.

You will work closely with our founders to architect and scale backend systems, build APIs and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask), and solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver features from 0 → 1, ensure performance, scalability, and audit compliance, and work on high-impact systems that shape the future of finance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of backend software engineering experience
  • Strong builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a VC-backed startup
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask)
  • Top-tier university background (IITs preferred)
  • Clear motivation for a high-impact role
