Performance Tester

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work on innovative, high-impact projects with a top-tier professional team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing and proficient scripting skills for test automation.

Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration is also required.

The Performance Tester will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter.

Additionally, the successful candidate will analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include performing testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters, implementing monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics, and debugging and troubleshooting performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.

The ideal candidate will provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
