Our ideal candidate will be a talented architect with experience in complex projects and Revit (BIM) skills.

This role provides the opportunity to develop aesthetic and technical designs, prepare architectural drawings and construction documents, lead BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews.

Responsibilities include attending client meetings, maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring project standards, production quality, and deadlines, and keeping stakeholders updated on project progress and resourcing needs.

Key qualifications and skills required include a BArch/MArch degree, 5-10 years of experience in an architectural practice, proficiency in Revit (BIM), strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite/Affinity Creative Suite, and prior exposure to educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects.

Additional requirements include LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation, excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills, and the ability to relocate if necessary.
