Job Title: Process Trainer

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Process Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, providing feedback and coaching to agents, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • New Hire Training: Deliver classroom and computer-based training to new hires ensuring they have a solid foundation in our processes.
  • Training Batch Management: Manage training batches with a 1:20 ratio to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide documented feedback on process, quality, and best practices to aid in skill development.
  • Database Management: Maintain databases, generate reports, and analyze data to inform training strategies.
  • Performance Assessment: Assess trainee performance during tests to identify areas for improvement.
  • Motivation and Development: Motivate associates through effective management and career development to enhance job satisfaction.
  • Process Transactions: Perform transactions on a weekly or monthly basis as defined by the process to maintain efficiency.
  • Competency Maintenance: Maintain competency by undergoing certification and staying up-to-date on new products to ensure expertise.
Critical Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this client-facing role.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shifts to accommodate diverse needs.
  • UK Mortgages Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UK mortgages is required to provide expert guidance.
  • Microsoft Applications: Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, and Word to streamline tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Investigation and Analysis: Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources to gather information.
  • Result Orientation: Result-oriented with a client-focused approach to drive success.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Strong feedback and coaching skills are crucial for employee growth and development.
  • Rapport Building: Good rapport building skills with a methodical and organized approach to foster strong relationships.
Selection Criteria:
  • Education: Graduate degree in any stream is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E to demonstrate expertise.
  • Citizenship: Citizen of India or allowed to work in India to comply with regulations.
  • Age: Above 18 years old to meet legal requirements.
