Job Profile:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team, specializing in U.S. Commercial Real Estate audits.

Description:

Audit Seniors will perform and assist with audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.

Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, evaluating internal controls, and coordinating the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in the United States, be able to conduct US GAAP & US GAAS research independently, develop reasonable time budgets, and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines.

Additional requirements include holding a CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, and having strong organizational skills & multi-tasking abilities.

Industry exposure in Commercial Real Estate is also essential, as well as demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills, ability to work well independently but also work well with others, approaches projects with a sense of urgency, outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and knowledge of Caseware, caseview or IDEA is a plus.
