Role Summary

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the management, enhancement, and optimization of hospitality and commercial real estate assets.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to drive major initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • a) Asset Performance Optimization

    • Monitor and improve financial and operational performance across hotel and restaurant portfolios.
    • Liaise with operating partners to finalize budgets and ensure ownership goals are met.
    • Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Benchmark against industry data to ensure competitiveness.

  • b) Commercial Asset Management

    • Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at IT parks and commercial developments.
    • Oversee CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance.
    • Develop monetization strategies through leasing, joint ventures, REITs, or strategic exits.

  • c) Land Bank Development

    • Drive the development of land banks in key markets, including Kerala and Chennai.
    • Manage RFPs for architects, contractors, and brand/operator tie-ups.
    • Evaluate feasibility, design concepts, and financial models for new hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
    • Ensure timely execution and statutory approvals.

  • d) Brand & Operator Engagement

    • Identify and evaluate suitable hotel brands across segments.
    • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms.
    • Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with financial and brand objectives.

  • e) Reporting & Strategic Input

    • Maintain dashboards and board presentations on asset performance.
    • Support the MD in preparing investment strategy papers, pitch decks, and deal structuring.
    • Track hospitality and real estate trends for informed decision-making.
