Special Educator - Early Childhood Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Educator to join our team. As a Special Educator, you will work closely with children through individualized one-on-one therapy sessions, addressing their unique learning and developmental needs.

Beyond direct therapy, you will also collaborate with our team to design and develop parent-friendly home guidance programs delivered through our platform.

Success in this role means seeing measurable progress in children's skills while helping parents feel supported and empowered in their child's journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with children, creating individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to their developmental needs.
  • Assess children's learning, behavioral, and developmental challenges and track progress consistently.
  • Contribute to the development of digital and printable resources for our platform.
  • Stay updated with best practices in special education, early intervention, and therapy approaches.
Requirements:
  • RCI Certification with a Special B.Ed. or equivalent in Special Education.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with children with special needs.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and individualized education planning.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to build strong rapport with children and families.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and contributing to online/tech-based education initiatives.
