Pedagogy Specialist

We're seeking a passionate and creative Early Years Pedagogy Specialist (Pre-Primary Teacher) to join our team, specializing in developing and teaching with innovative 3D learning materials. This unique role combines traditional early childhood education principles with cutting-edge technology to create an engaging and immersive learning experience for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement a captivating curriculum that integrates 3D models and interactive digital content into daily lessons for pre-primary students.
• Classroom Instruction: Teach foundational concepts (literacy, numeracy, science) using a blend of hands-on activities and engaging 3D visual aids.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with our team of 3D artists and content developers to provide feedback and ideas for new educational models and learning tools.
• Classroom Management: Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and a love for learning.
• Content Innovation: Act as a key stakeholder in the product development lifecycle. Provide practical, on-the-ground insights and suggestions for new 3D models and interactive content that align with early childhood learning objectives.
• Research and Development: Stay informed about the latest trends in early childhood education and educational technology. Research and propose new ideas for 3D content that could enhance learning in areas like STEM, social-emotional skills, and creative arts.

Feedback and Refinement:

Regularly test new 3D educational models and software in a classroom setting, collecting feedback on usability and effectiveness from both students and staff. Communicate findings to the content development team for continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• 2+ Years Proven experience as a Pre-Primary or Kindergarten Teacher.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• A creative and imaginative approach to education.
• Experience with or a strong interest in technology and visual learning tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
