About This Opportunity

We're seeking a Production Designer to work on packaging production design for our owned brands. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating layouts, executing layout revisions, establishing toolkits or style guides, and developing mock-ups and presentation decks for partner and leadership reviews.

Your primary focus will be ensuring quality and accuracy in your work while managing production design details to meet project deadlines. You'll collaborate with partners in MPLS, liaising, communicating, and making timely decisions to integrate and balance individual and team work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of packaging design and print production
  • Collaborate within and outside teams to understand project and business requirements
  • Organize and plan details for multiple projects, making timely and quick decisions to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain and organize files and project materials
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production
