Senior Consultant - Workday and Adaptive Planning

The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Workday and Adaptive Planning implementations. As a key member of our consulting team, you will leverage your expertise in configuring and integrating these systems to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience with Workday and at least 2+ years of experience with Adaptive Planning in implementations or post-production support.
  • Functional Configuration: Expertise in Adaptive Planning functional configuration, including Reporting, Modeling, OfficeConnect, and Security.
  • Integration Configuration: Prior experience with Workday Adaptive integration configuration, including integration with Workday HCM, Finance, Skill management, and Business Unit specific integration systems is a must.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge with Adaptive APIs, Authentication, and scripts required.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills to understand requirements remotely.
  • Deliverables: Proven ability to prioritize deliverables and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Core HCM and Recruiting: Good working knowledge of Core HCM and Recruiting.
  • Integrations and Studio: Hands-on experience with Integrations and building Studio integrations is a MUST.
