Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role:

\

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs\
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns and provide recommendations for process improvements\
  • Maintain and update existing business intelligence solutions to ensure they remain accurate and relevant\
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support business intelligence solutions\
  • Provide training and support to end-users on business intelligence tools and solutions\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and approaches\
  • Assist in the development of business cases to justify investments in business intelligence solutions\
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions\
  • Continuously evaluate and improve business intelligence processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness\
  • Suggest innovative solutions to improve business outcomes and enhance stakeholder value\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field\
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence analysis, data analytics, or a related field\
  • Proven track record of delivering successful business intelligence projects and achieving desired outcomes\
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence tools and technologies, including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL\
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team\
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques\
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure\
  • Cloud security and compliance certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)\
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines\
  • A strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build trust with stakeholders\
