Job Description

As a Business Analyst in our organization, you will play a crucial role in streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience. Your analytical skills will help identify problems before they arise, and your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will be invaluable in driving business growth.

You will work closely with the operations team to develop near real-time dashboards and self-serve dive-deep capabilities. Your expertise in data analysis and metrics will enable you to draw business insights and make informed decisions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on medium-size analytical projects and represent the team in front of stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle ambiguity will serve you well in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define analytical approaches and review them with stakeholders
  • Translate complex business problem statements into analysis requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality analytical frameworks
  • Work with data engineering to automate full-scale data processes
  • Scale data reports and queries for clients to update themselves
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Strong SQL and ETL skills
  • Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
