Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced analytics solutions that help our clients navigate the complexities of the US healthcare system. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets to inform strategic business decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Your analytical skills will be essential in developing and executing complex queries, data modeling, and statistical analysis to extract valuable insights from large datasets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining databases, data warehouses, and data marts to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives
  • Designing and implementing data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with IT teams to integrate data sources, develop data pipelines, and ensure data quality and integrity
