Job Title:Data Strategy Leader

As a Data Strategy Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's data landscape. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data architectures that align with business objectives.
  • Design and optimize large-scale data transformation processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Create advanced data models that support analytical and operational needs.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL and NoSQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Lead efforts in data warehousing and apply advanced concepts to build scalable solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend industry-leading ETL tools to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide architectural guidance and support for reporting technologies like Tableau and PowerBI.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with data transformation and ETL on large datasets.
  • Experience designing customer-centric datasets.
  • 5+ years of data modeling experience.
  • Complex SQL or NoSQL experience.
  • Extensive experience in data warehouse concepts.
  • Proven experience with industry ETL tools.
  • Solid experience with business requirements definition and structured analysis.
  • Experience with reporting technologies.
Technical Skills:
  • Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure
  • Data Warehousing: Snowflake
  • ETL Methodologies: Extensive experience in ETL processes and tools
  • Data Transformation: Large-scale data transformation
  • Data Modeling: Relational, Dimensional, Columnar, Big Data
  • Query Languages: Complex SQL, NoSQL
  • ETL Tools: Informatica, Unifi (or similar enterprise-grade tools)
  • Reporting & BI: Tableau, PowerBI
