Operational Support Specialist

The role of an Operational Support Specialist is to contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive business growth. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract relevant data from relational databases.
  • Develop and maintain reports using existing templates and dashboards.
  • Utilize Amazon QuickSight to monitor key operational metrics and respond to alerts.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand and implement business requirements.
  • Provide technical support for day-to-day operations and troubleshoot common issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support, data engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python.
  • Experience working with cloud services, particularly AWS.
