Senior Analytics Consultant

As a senior analytics consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving business value through data-driven insights. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong partnerships with commercial data & analytics teams to ensure alignment and business value realization.
  • Act as the product owner for Neural Nexus teams focused on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data integration.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to guarantee successful delivery against business priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create technology roadmaps, build business cases, and drive DevOps processes aligned with strategic goals.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, ensuring consistent practices in user story development, quality assurance, and user experience.
  • Research and implement emerging technologies to support innovation and modernization in the commercial data space.
  • Develop expertise across a broad range of Commercial data domains and use this to inform product strategy and delivery.
  • Support governance and prepare executive-facing materials to facilitate alignment on strategy and technology investments.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree with 8–10 years of experience in Information Systems OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 10–14 years of experience in Information Systems OR
  • Diploma with 14–18 years of experience in Information Systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading data and analytics teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders using data and value-based arguments.
  • Hands-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with ETL tools, particularly Databricks.
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based databases such as Redshift.
  • Hands-on experience with data lake architectures, big data analytics, and data integration.
  • Familiarity with AWS services including S3.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work across global teams with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to delegate effectively and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen.
