Below The Line Branding Lead For Kolkata Job Description:

To provide result-oriented branding and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs, achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, strategic vision, and build an ecosystem that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement in-store marketing activity, increase brand visibility, handle the team, market intelligence, CRM handling, etc., to increase brand awareness and sales throughput.
  2. Plan and execute all BTL activities - events, influencer dealer meets, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, promotions, pamphlets, handbills, brochures, and brand service placement.
  3. In-shop branding, NLB, GSB, in-shop awareness drive - wall wrap painting, OOH, etc.
  4. Plan and innovate new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create a brand recall and awareness.
  5. Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors, agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
  6. Travel - at least 20 days in a month in the assigned areas.

  • Team Handling Skills - motivate and lead the team of LBTs across the ROI.
