Procurement Specialist

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced professional looking to leverage their expertise in procurement and supply chain management.

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and relevant industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives, such as reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities into overall business operations.
  • Analyze market trends, vendor performance, and other factors to inform procurement decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement & supply chain roles, preferably within solution integration or a technology-driven business.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP for procurement and order management tasks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of import/export compliance and vendor risk management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
