ProcurementKey AccountabilitiesDuty StatementsProcurement Process Responsible for P2P Cycle of Procurement including Mechanical Electrical Packages from issuing RFQs RFPs Technical Evaluations of offers Collaboration with all External Internal stake holders Techno-Commercial Comparisons Finalizations issuing LOI PO to Payment Contract Management Draft review and execute contracts with vendors Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions in line with Tender project requirement Risk Management Identify and mitigate potential risks related to procurement such as supply chain disruptions quality issues market volatility priceCollaboration Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as project managers and department heads to understand their procurement needs and prioritiesTendering Process Manage the entire tendering process for Mechanical Electrical Packages from issuing RFQs Request for Quotation or RFPs Request for Proposal to evaluating responses and preparing comparison Vendor Management Identify evaluate and select vendors based on factors such as price quality and delivery speed Ensure vendor selection based on categorical expertise in respective segment Market Research Stay informed about market trends pricing and industry developments to make informed tender support purchasing decisions Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in engineering -
