Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled End User Computing Engineer to join our global team. As an End User Computing Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting and advancing our corporate computing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network, and server issues
  • Manage incoming queries from users via chat, email, and web tickets
  • Use good judgment to prioritize issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain users, groups, and distribution lists
  • Provision and troubleshoot file and print servers on the network
  • Install/uninstall, repair, update Windows 10 software

Requirements:

  • College degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related discipline
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in technical support/Service Desk/End User Computing Environment
  • Familiarity with Service management tools, Active Directory, and Endpoint management tools
  • Knowledge on Windows & Mac operating systems
