Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Onboarding:
    Ensure accurate and timely completion of all onboarding paperwork.
  • Training & Development:
    Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.
  • Leave and Attendance Management:
    Track attendance and record work hours and leaves accurately. Resolve any discrepancies related to leave and attendance promptly.
  • HR Operations:
    Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in preparing HR-related reports for management.
  • Vendor Management:
    Negotiate contracts with external vendors and ensure they deliver services as agreed. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
