Job Overview

This role combines graphic design, merchandise design, and branding responsibilities to create visually compelling outputs across marketing, sales, and event-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work (illustrations, merchandise, branding).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing materials.
  • Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections.
  • Create high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use (social media, presentations, sales kits).
  • Collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
  • Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on the latest design tools, practices, and creative trends to enhance outputs.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT graduates preferred)

Experience: 3–6 years in merchandise, branding, or graphic design

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools

Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines, Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding, Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
