The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across various channels, creating assets that effectively communicate our message and drive engagement. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visual elements for campaigns, events, and content, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines;
  • Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and sales teams to translate open-ended briefs into polished, high-impact design outputs;
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts;
  • Elevate long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-digest formats;
  • Work closely with marketing to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma;
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while also contributing to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines;
  • Handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team with speed and creativity;
  • Bring in new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive;
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the B2B space (agency experience preferred);
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma;
  • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets;
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital, print, and web;
  • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs;
  • High operator mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising quality;
