Job Title: Creative Visual Specialist

Bombay Media is a digital media agency that provides comprehensive solutions to brands across the globe. Our expertise spans video production, social media marketing, graphic design, digital advertising, SEO, and website development.

We are seeking an experienced Creative Visual Specialist who will possess strong creative skills, a passion for illustrative design and typography, and experience working with various digital design platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine design requirements and conceptualize visuals based on those needs.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using appropriate software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understand color palettes and fonts to ensure visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and executives to produce final designs that meet brand guidelines.
  • Test graphics across various media channels to ensure quality and performance.
  • Amend designs after feedback from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the final output to ensure it meets expectations of visually appealing and branded content.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in creating engaging social media content.
  • Knowledge of illustration and branding techniques.
  • Proficiency in typography and layout design.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Ability to create innovative visual concepts within brand guidelines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
