**Job Title:** Commercial Sales and Leasing Manager

Our organization is seeking a results-driven professional to support our expanding real estate operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, client management, and negotiations.

  • Implement sales and leasing strategies to drive growth
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to expand our network
  • Coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions with property owners, tenants, and investors
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DEVELOPERS, LANDLORDS, AND CLIENTS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND EXCELLENCE
  • Collaborate with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to real estate policies
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures to achieve success

**Key Requirements:**

  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred
