Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Asset Manager with extensive expertise in managing commercial real estate portfolios.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our diverse portfolio, which includes office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, and other commercial assets.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in property management, with advanced proficiency in Yardi software.

A strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for interacting and engaging tenants.

The ideal candidate will also possess expert-level proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

This role requires a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to overseeing daily operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects.

The goal is to enhance property value and tenant experience while ensuring the long-term success of our commercial real estate portfolio.
