Position: Real Estate Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager Real Estate

Location: Kasba, Kolkata

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Branch Head

Who Should Apply:

  • Should be able to sell Land/Plot & Commercial Property
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Since we use CRM for our reporting, Computer Knowledge is Must
  • Education Qualification: Graduation must, MBA in Marketing & sales will be preferred.
  • Since Reaching on time is must during client visit, candidate with two-wheeler will be preferred.
  • If you have experience of B2B sales, corporate sales, Real estate sales, Car sales, Current A/c Opening, Medical Representative, Loan sales for more than 3 Years you can apply.
  • Make sure you have Proven track record of your previous job. We do background checks.
  • You will be dealing with HNI Clients, so your appearance will matter.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on client availability.
  • You Should have have geographical Knowledge of Kolkata.
  • Last Not the least salary range: 1.80L PA to 3L PA CTC.
