Position : Real Estate Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager Real Estate
Location : Kasba, Kolkata
Department : Sales & Marketing
Reports to : Branch Head
Who Should Apply:
Should be able to sell Land/Plot & Commercial Property
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Since we use CRM for our reporting, Computer Knowledge is Must
Education Qualification: Graduation must, MBA in Marketing & sales will be preferred.
Since Reaching on time is must during client visit, candidate with two-wheeler will be preferred.
If you have experience of B2B sales, corporate sales, Real estate sales, Car sales, Current A/c Opening, Medical Representative, Loan sales for more than 3 Years you can apply.
Make sure you have Proven track record of your previous job. We do background checks.
You will be dealing with HNI Clients, so your appearance will matter .
Willingness to work flexible hours , including weekends and holidays, based on client availability.
You Should have have geographical Knowledge of Kolkata.
Last Not the least salary range: 1.80L PA to 3L PA CTC.
