
Senior Automation Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the automation and low voltage drives market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key verticals, leveraging your knowledge of sales processes and business development best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders in the industry.
- Conduct technical evaluations, cost estimations, and techno-commercial negotiations to ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date product information and price lists to facilitate efficient business operations and strategy formulation.
- Periodically update our CRM tool to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in sales of DCS, PLC, HMI/SCADA, Low Voltage AC/DC VFD, LV VFD, Servo VFDs.
- Good understanding of business processes and sales processes.
- Effective communication and analytical skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with key decision makers and opinion leaders.
- Self-starter with good team working skills and ownership.
