Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Testing Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality automation testing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing test automation activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices domain.
  • Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME.
  • Implement best practices in test automation and mentor engineers in automation testing methodologies.
  • Broaden technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
  • Liaise between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and guidance when necessary.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in test automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in testing, with at least 5 years in test automation.
  • Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Experience in desktop-based automation on Windows platforms.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations.
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
