As a Test Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organisation by designing and implementing efficient test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, leveraging scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby and PHP.
  • Perform hands-on functional testing with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion and Financials.
  • Analyse and improve existing test automation strategies and processes.
  • Drive automation adoption and productivity improvement through automation.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams across shores and define efficient methods to create test automation frameworks.
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.
  • Empower and enhance delivery from offshore, ensuring close coordination.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to drive reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.
  • Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience working as a Test Lead and driving improvements.
  • Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, Mobile and APIs.
  • Experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium.
  • Proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scripless automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
