Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with management to identify client company training needs.
  2. Schedule appropriate training sessions.
  3. Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
  4. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  5. Supervise the development of hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
  6. Train and guide new employees.
  7. Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and develop clear, concise training programs.
