Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our organization as a Regional Trainer, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our regional teams.

As a Regional Trainer, your primary goal will be to identify training needs and develop effective solutions that drive business results. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and create tailored training programs that cater to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing training programs, modules, curriculum, and materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules
  • Implementing and delivering training sessions, workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high levels of participant engagement and knowledge retention
  • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, learning evaluation, and metrics analysis to measure success
  • Providing guidance and support to training leads, ensuring consistency and quality in training delivery
  • Effective communication, strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience in delivering virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to meet business needs
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
